A défaut de ne plus perdre rapidement, de stagner, voire de prendre du poids, j’ai arrêté volontairement de me peser depuis plus de deux semaines et j’ai finalement perdu du poids et valider presque mon objectif ! A chaque jour suffit sa peine! 💪🏽🐝
