I reached my goal, yipee! But I plan to continue to limit calories until I'm reasonably sure that I'm still burning fat while I'm toning and strengthening. I have a huge irrational fear that I will blow up overnight if I increase my portions / calories. I'm trying also to drink lots of fluids, and by "lots" for me means more than 12 oz. per day. People pee fluids right out so how does the body stay hydrated? Anyway, there is definitely a difference in energy level when I drink plenty of fluids. I must also take vitamins and protein more regularly.

How should I celebrate the achievement? Be happy I have work to do tomorrow? Nah, I do that anyway. I'll buy a few pairs of long fashionable skirts for the coming fall / winter season.
