Disappointed with my weight loss this week. Not sure why I didn't loose as I have been REALLY good with my foods. Even my cheat meal wasn't that bad! I'm going to try to not let this get to me and stay positive that I will see better results next Sunday on weigh in day.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
