I messed my ankle up doing a balance exercise I lost my balance and twist my ankle I am suffering through the pain and walking any way i just do not go to far from the hous
124.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 56.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Make sure you wrap it to give it some support. Keep it elevated when you can and do the alternating heat/cold therapy. Remember to respect your pain signals, it is easy to do more injury to yourself when you start ignoring them...
