I think it has been 10 days since beginning with this app on my Droid. Recording the food intake alone is enough to keep up the awareness of what I am doing and helps the discipline. Now to get back into the exercise habit.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
