I went to my first cardio kickboxing class this week. And while it kicked my ass, I walked away feeling so high. I think I'm finally getting why people work out. It feels like of a grudging must do, and now something that I want to do. That's a nice bridge to cross!!
61.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes! Nothing beats the feeling of being strong and healthy. Sometimes I have to push to get going, but once i do, i feel great.
