Did okay over the weekend, had a couple of endulgences, but I worked it out with the diet, and I lost one more pound, so I guess I did okay. I have lots of support with mi mejor amiga Shelly, and that really helps. We help each other stay on track. Gracias Shelly!
101.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
