A little down this AM. in that I have been a this wt. 3 days now. With the exercise and same food intake should have lost. My exercise goal in to reach 10,000 steps on my walks. Am told this is like walking a golf course. Have made it to over 6,000, so still working. Oh well, I didn't gain all this wt.over night, nor will it come off quickly. Today is another wonderful day, what I do with it is up to me...I see success in my future. Good luck all, stay positive and think thin!
