Kalau olahraga berjam-jam gitu bahaya ngga sih? sehari olahraga biasanya treamill 30 menit, arm, belly, sama thigh workout bisa sampai 1 jam. Tapi olahraganya diselang-seling biasanya suka treadmill sambil nonton youtube. Apa nggak apa-apa ya?
