I guess it has been a while since I weighed in, golly, looks like I have done okay for myself. To be honest, I have lost 24 lbs since January, on the Atkins, but sometimes still eating the things I shouldn't, but I think I am getting better at resisting and at least paying attention to what I am eating. I am trying to eat more clean all the time.
