Gave up my diet last week because it was my birthday 🎂. Put on 2kg in a week 😩😅! I am really to start again and now weight is slowly coming down. Haha hard work 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
66 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
