昨天的垃圾餐過得太開心了😅 早餐吃了一個月沒吃到的泡麵 午餐吃了也是一個月沒吃到的烏龍麵和水餃 晚餐吃了朋友滷的豬肘和烤螃蟹🦀️ 今天一早起床就覺得很惶恐😱 不知道踩上體重機要重了多少 果不其然重了1 lb (0.4kg)😅 今天開始又要吃健康餐了 希望能把重的這1 lb減回來😂
