It's good to be back on track! Already down 6.8 lbs! Whew, that's a lot of water to lose in 2 days! Feeling sooo much better! God give me strength to stick with Atkins again!
159.8 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
