膳食纤维可能不太够(我吃到30g常年便秘好了),高纤维果蔬➕高纤维的燕麦片凑膳食纤维(燕麦片每餐吃20~30g,替代精制主食),麦片可以放盐、红豆,水果干,坚果等加水烤成布丁状。麦片买的时候看营养成分表,标注了膳食纤维的才可以买。
