ALHAMDULILLAH...1 minggu Puasa Langsung turun 2kg

60 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@All.. Selama Puasa aku banyakin makan sayuran, Bayam, Toge, Tomat, Timun, Labu Siam.... Lauknya TAHU, TELUR di campur dan d goreng teflon tanpa Minyak... Saurnya, Mkan UBI rebus Dan TEH TAWAr.. Itu aja Menu Q Selama Seminggu Puasa...sampe sekrang
