nimbang kemarin sore abis buka puasa hari ke 3. padahal seminggu sebelum puasa sempet bloated banget karna haid dan hormonal sampe tembus 71kg lagi.
dikira ya masih 70kiloan soalnya badan berasa fluffy banget. ternyata udah balik normal dong di 67-68kg.
wait till the end of ramadan, kita jaga ketat makanan yang masuk sama tetep olahraga ringan meskipun baru saja kemarin cedera.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
