kemaren udah ke 55 trs ngestuck pdhl makan udh cukup olahraga juga, eh karna males jd khilaf makan mie nasi goreng, jd ke 57 lagi maaf badanku
57 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
