Doing excercise daily for 15 - 20 min for 3 days and then take 1 day break, and repeat..
today is the 10th day of excercise
90.6 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
