pas kuliah naik sampe 50. terakhir di usia hampir 24 BB 53. waktu sekitar 6 tahun nimbun kalori 5 kg. berarti utk turunin 5 kg butuh proses lama itu wajar 👌👌👌
49.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
