Yesterday was MEH. I ate way too much candy and didnt drink enough water. I didnt go to the "gym" but I did get in a walk. Unfortunately, during our walk, my mother fell on the sidewalk. Shes ok but a bit bruised, but its just a reminder to me that my mom isnt invincible.
Decided to fast until lunch to help keep my cals down today. My goals today are to log, drink water, and hit my step goal.
