Yay, a little nudge down. Since I've got no where to go it's much easier to watch my calorie intake. Mind you I've been baking more in these days of isolation, but luckily my grandkids have been the recipients of most of it. That way I get to have a treat without overdoing it. Ah, the mind games we play!
