Hope everyone is safe and well. I've got to reel myself in, my eating has been out of control come evening time. Gotta make a conscious effort to ignore the fridge!!
99.8 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
