Hello everyone,
I hope you are being safe during this pandemic!
As some of you might know, with the great results of losing weight, there is also a negative side to it sometimes, which is losing hair 👴. I went to couple doctors for this matter, they have given me some solutions that wasn't very effective like eating green stuff or drinking protein. So, if any of you have suffered from this problem, I would highly appreciate your recommendations.
Little note, I don't believe in putting food (like onions or garlic) in my head as a solution so don't recommend that 🙂

Try onions because my friend had putten onions on her hair and it started to grow up put it grow up hard or soo curly

I’m lowkey shocked right now about the fact that losing weight will make me lose my hair. But I was wondering, what is the cause for hair loss?

Hey flyingmasser,
This is true for some of the ppl not all, I hope you're not among those who lose their hair.
I believe the reason behind losing hair is due to the fact that some nutrients are missed after your body is used to it for a long time. My nutrition specialist gave me a sugar free, carbs free diet, with 18 hours intermittent fasting and 1 hour exercise for 5 to 6 days per week.
I think if your diet is more balanced you shouldn't have to deal with this issue.
