I sure can tell when I've been fueling my body with low-grade nutirents. I went trail running after work yesterday and felt a lag in performance. Yesterday the meals we're pretty good, but the day before? Not as much (polish dog, super burrito, 2 beers, you know, classic ball-park eats; GO GIANTS!). So I'll be sure to eat relatively good today and tomorrow and compare my performance with the same route I ran yesterday.

Yep! Everynow and then you have to pick your spots when you'll be bad! And in this case? Oh ya. I'm a fiend for carne asada super burritos and chili dogs. I almost went for the pizza too, but had to draw the line somewhere haha :D // Yea, I'm still a little sore from trail running on Tuesday, but I think I'll be all right for another shot at it this afternoon! Although it may be tricky. A coworkers farewell luncheon is today at BJs Brewhouse. But I'm already strategizing on how to mitigate the damage... I'm thinking a BJs Black and Bleu burger minus buns but wrapped in lettuce. mmm mutha-effin hmmm!!
