I have no idea how this happened 😭😭😭. Started intermittent fasting this week so I hope it will make a difference.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well...I fought the temptation. My mom and son at the vetkoeks and didn't even blink lol

Lol sorry for laughing but I feel your struggle. If you are hungry, rather eat something nutrient dense and low carb. And start your fast again. Better than caving for all the treats. If you do, no worries. Start again tomorrow. Water is your friend.
