Yesterday was a difficult fast day. Both hungry and tired and not very productive. Today is a normal day and hopefully more productive.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I went over my 500 calories yesterday. I don't know what to got into me. Normally I have more self control. I'll have to make up for it today!

I went over 500 calories yesterday, too. But I was so lacking in energy, I decided I "needed" half a pear as a pick-me-up. I'm not going to punish myself for it, though. I've found that, even when I'm over 500 calories on fast days, I still lose -- as long as I'm accurately recording what I'm eating.
