Yesterday was my cheat day. I can eat anything i want and no exercise cus i need 1 day break per week for my muscle to recover. I still ate in the 1200 calories range even i was eating double cheese burger 🍔 and chocolate lava cake 🍰. Enjoy food but stay inside your calorie limit range. 👍
66 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
