I did well until last night when I had a nice sensible dinner, then proceeded to eat a crap load of multigrain tostitos and then a little debbie snack cake.... I shouldve just had a couple of graham crackers and milk because I really wanted something sweet and satisfying. Thats my plan tonight (if I feel the same way).
I did my first Zoom workout with my gym. I was out on my driveway and my neighbors all happened to come home at the same time. Oh well, I killed it. My quads are super sore today! I gotta figure out tonights workout still. Its a little chillier than yesterday and Im not really in the mood to go outside and do it. I might follow along with the recording in my small space. IDK, maybe Ill try something else. I do plan on taking the dogs for a walk in a bit though. My moms been going with me and its great for her to get out and get some exercise.
