Setelah minggu lalu stuck, berkat Sabar & konsisten alhamdulilah turun lagi 1,1 KG 💪💪
71.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
