Im amazed my weight is still dropping I ate a bit more yesterday and was scared to get on the scales, But was happy with the results, I had a wrap light ones, with some lettuce, tomatoe, red onion, carrot, pickle, jalopenos, red pepper, and then latter on I also had a small bowl of the same salad But with out the wrap,
