Went to the gym last night and we did sprint drills. SUCKED. But Im glad I did it.
I took my mom to Chilis last night and I struggled with what to order. I ended up with the bottomless soup, salad, and chips. That was a mistake because I love their chips. I thought I was making a good choice but it backfired. On the bright side, I did have some realizations that I already know, but it was nice that I reminded myself.
You cant out exercise bad nutrition BUT for me, exercise is SO important. It helps me keep close to my goals when I dont make the best choices (as seen the last few weeks when I didnt make it very often).
It doesnt matter how much I go to the gym, if I am not fueling myself properly (hitting macros), then Ill never see the results I want to see.
Again, things I knew before, but seemed like a revelation to me yesterday. Thats a good sign that Im actually paying attention and trying to work through my problems.
Todays weight was up, but Im getting there.
