New GOALS: 6 weeks lose 10 lbs. DATES 10-15 down to 148
11-15-10 down to 143. Must Cardio 1 hour a day!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried cutting out corn syrup? aka corn sugar, HFCS Also a cutback on salt will help with weight loss. I lost 40 lbs in 6 months by just completely eliminating corn syrup from my diet, you will lose those cravings and feel better as well. My experience has been you don't need to diet, just stop eating any processed foods.
