I am starting Atkins again with a new attitude. Induction is hard, but not impossible. I feel better when I eat using the Atkins approach because I am diabetic and I am sensitive to gluten, wheat, and corn anyway. I hope that I can be consistent on FS even when I make mistakes or don't make the right decisions.
