Woohoo, what a fantastic loss this week! Just goes to show what you can do, so keep sticking at it. ;o) Aw, I know what you mean about becoming complacent... as I know I've done that many a time too. But try to use that loss positively and if you're heading off the rails remind yourself of what you are trying to achieve. I have every faith that you can get these scales down further... so you just keep up the great work there! ;o)
