Dari kemarin kok pengen ngemil yg gurih2 dan manis...
eh ternyata mens.
timbangan naik jadi 72,4kg
gapapa jangan panik, 😁 biasa klo red day naik 1-1,5kg 😆
siap siap mental stuck BB selama seminggu. hehe

tetap jaga kalori dan workout. Semangat!
