Had a drink last night :( At least it was only one, now I need to fight the urge to eat comfort food today.

Husband told me the other night, that because of his schedule, he has been skipping meals and lost 4 pounds (he can't afford to loose ANY weight!) and said that he really needs to start eating a lot to gain the weight back. I felt like punching him in his nose!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

I hear ya. It is so easy for men to lose, and it makes me sick Ha Ha

Ugh men....I say that and I know all men aren't like that, but it still aggravates me.

Hey.....I joined in gym in May......work out daily for months to lose weight.....MAYBE a pound here and there. My husband joined this month.....on a Weds .....and by Sunday lost 7 pounds!!!! Men????? UGH!!!! I'm thinking it's water loss.....(on their brains!!!). Ha ha ha!!!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has difficulty losing weight while the spouse can continue to drink beer, hit the gym spontaneously and lose instantly. Klannoye - I think you're right on where they lose their water. HA! :)
