Vanmorgen 4 km wezen hardlopen. Heerlijk zo’n ochtend-run voor het werk.
Gister ook (te) laag in calorieën gezeten! Toch fijn om weer écht het hongergevoel te herkennen ipv dat afgeladen vol zitten... iets met bodemdrang 🙋🏼♀️😅
