hoping that this is muscle and water weight. its almost TOM and i've been working out harder for a couple weeks. If i don't start losing again in the next 2 weeks i guess i'll have to look at doing something different.
71.0 kg Lost so far: 35.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
