I can't believe that it was this much! Didn't actually expect to see results like this until next week but this is definitely an added encouragement to keep on keeping on.I know it won't always be lie this but it FEELS SOOOO GOOD!!!!

116.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 45.7 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Yeah it does. Keep up the good work. It's a shame the world didn't recognize the good that Dr Atkins had done prior to his passing.
