Carb cycle و صيام متقطع
يعني يوم نشويات عاليه (طبعا صحيه بعيد عن السكر و الدقيق الأبيض) و دهون قليله
و يوم العكس
و البروتين ثابت
نظميهم بقي زي متحبي ٣ أيام و ٣ ايام او يوم اه و يوم لا
و طبعا كله فحدود سعراتك الحرارية المسموحة
و مياه كتيييييييييير
