I haven't weighed in for a long time, up to 200 lbs. YIKES! But I know I was 205 in Jan. so I feel a little a little better about all the pie and cookies I ate at X-mas. Two weeks at my mother quaint farmhouse in IA. Here I am, blaming my mother, what would my shrink say? I am starting walking everyday again. No less than 2 miles, my max is 6 miles, two 3 mile, day/night. Hope to get back to 10 miles a day and 175 lbs. by Memorial Day. Maybe walk the entire Seattle Urban Trail (15 miles) by Labor Day.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
