good morning FS family 😃. weigh in is tomorrow, looking forward to it. Never imagined I would say those words. Going for my annual check ups I dreaded the scale and would practically take off everything for the weigh in. Never helped. But now can't wait to go to my appointment and impress my Dr. That's in June so I will be thinner. I'm fighting a cold. I think it's because I walked 5 miles 2 days in a row for my exercise in 30 degree weather, not sure. My daughter is a nurse practitioner for over 12 years and says that's a myth. You catch a cold through germs not because you got rained on or were exposed to the cold etc. so I have kept my 5:2 fasting no matter what over the objections if my hubby. He thinks good can cure anything. Anyways, I am going to stay true to my determination and win this race, God willing. I hope everyone has a super day!
