Down 1.5 lbs overnight and yesterday was a "normal" day. Today is "fast" day 3 for this week. I feel like I can get below 158 this week. My clothes are feeling looser, ESP around the waist and thighs.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
