yeayy.... alhamdulillah sudah turun 10kg dari start 11 september dengan BB 66kg.. yg penting konsisten, sabar, semangat... defisit kalori tanpa menyiksa pola makan kita guys...
56.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

tinggi badam 150cm kak.. hehehe bb 56,3kg tp masih keliatan lemak nya.. bb normal sy harusnya 45kg - 50kg kak..
