Well, finally a loss. I have been trying so hard not to give in to the 3 o'clock craving for munchies. I love pastries and sugary deserts. It has not been easy. But I am hoping to do better in this New Year. I had a hip replacement in July and my hip healed well but I have arthritis in my back and that will be a problem. I have lost about 35pounds in the past year and a half hoping it would help. So back to the fight.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

35 lbs is great! Have you tried fruit to conquer the sweet cravings?

I have been having a n Orange in the afternoon and just got some frozen fruit to make a smoothie. Smoothies do fill me up.

I have bad knees and ankles. when I get to a certain weight, they let me know about it. So yes a drop in weight helps in so many ways.
