Thanks for the note! I had twice as many holiday events to go to this year with twice as many high-calorie meals, but only half as much exercise as I normally get. A bad mix for sure! But, I think I’m back on track again and the encouragement definitely helps. The whole thing was a stark reminder of how easy the pounds can come back on if one is not careful, and the measure of discipline it takes to keep weight off. Thanks again!
