udah pkl selama 2 minggu ak bb ga turun.. balik makan diatas bmr 1400 kalori yg sebelumnya selalu ga sampe 1400. ga olahraga dll dan woww turun smga konsisten sampe bb ideal
65 kg Lost so far: 29 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
