Slowly but sure. Makan + 100 diatas BMR. Ga ngiket, flexible dan msh bisa makan makanan kesukaaan. Keren sih ini defkal ga nyiksa. Jalan 14 hari udah mulai kerasa ringan ni badan, turun udah lumayan 4,5 KG. Lebih sulit konsisten dibanding memulai. Keep spirit
