Went up a little bit the last couple days, though we just got done visiting my family for St. Patrick's Day, had a few big meals, but I still did my best to limit my intake. The thing that really hurt me was probably not having the time/space to get good workouts in. Back home now though, hopefully back to my routine.
147.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
