i probably shouldn't weigh everyday but I'm set up for disappointment so its actually not bothering me I went up from yesterday. i weighed 3 hours earlier today and experience reminds me i should never weigh in at a different time as my 4am weight can be dramatically different than 7am. tomorrow should be more telling. i may weigh only every 2nd day. we'll see.
